The projects have ranged from very small projects with limited scope to larger projects where thoughtful plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection design is required. Shultz’s documents are consistent and thorough; they take great pride in ensuring the engineering systems are coordinated with the architecture.
Beyond their technical skills, we appreciate their professionalism, honesty, courtesy, and commitment to service. They are very responsive to Owner and Architect questions. Usually, within one day, we receive a phone call or an email reply to questions. The responsiveness has been key to providing coordinated Construction Documents and successful projects.
