Shultz Engineering Group has provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering consulting and design services to Mecklenburg County for more than 20 years. Over the time I have worked with them, I have been particularly impressed with the following aspects of their performance:
- They ask good, thorough questions, listen, take good notes, and follow up to the point that they have a complete understanding of our project intent and requirements.
- They bring a great attitude of collaboration to the OAC team by being respectful of others’ opinions and viewpoints.
- Project coordination meetings are a pleasure! They bring great experience and expertise to the table by clearly and succinctly describing the benefits and drawbacks of system options. This helps us make the right decisions early in the conceptual phase.
- They respect my time and concerns by being very responsive. When called, they answer the phone, and they respond promptly to all communications.
- Their site inspections are very thorough. Their willingness to get dirty and dig into building systems at all project stages helps us make good decisions in the design phase and minimize future warranty and operational issues.
