I am writing this letter to recommend the commissioning and engineering services of Shultz Engineering group. CMS recommends the to complete commissioning and energy efficiency projects.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg School used Shultz Engineering group to complete the commissioning on the East Mecklenburg High School Auditorium expansion and renovation project. CMS has used many commissioning agents over the years with varying levels of success, this project went very well with little to no call back needed by the general contractor in terms of the mechanical and electrical systems. Additionally Shultz Engineering aided CMS (via Duke Energy) in examining our proto-type buildings, made recommendations to improve the energy efficiency of said prototypes to include reducing CMS operations, maintenance, and utilities.
