In 2009 founded R3 Design Services specializing in the design of interior and exterior lighting, power, distribution, telecommunications, low-voltage and fire alarm systems for university/educational, retail, resort/hotel/motel, industrial, municipal, commercial/office/tenant,

In 2016 joined Shultz Engineering Group serving as Lead Electrical Designer, Project Manager and I.T. Manager responsible for design of Institutional, Office, Retail and Healthcare facilities including the Lighting Design, Power Distribution, Data Distribution and Management, and Telecommunications Distribution. Coordinated closely with Architects and Clients for the successful construction of projects. Manage project schedules for the Electrical Department and personnel. Design and Maintain network systems utilizing Microsoft Small Business Server 2019, Windows Server 2016. Install, train and maintain desktop and user systems utilizing Windows 10, MS Office and the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365. Designed and installed low voltage wiring within renovated Shultz Engineering office. Expanded and manage the office VPN policy and connection configuration. Coordinate and implement design standards and support programming for Autocad and Revit software as well as customization of other office programs.
