Experience

Don Deese is one of our Partners with over 30 years of experience in the engineering fields of Project Management, Machine Design, Software Development, Plumbing Design, and Mechanical HVAC Design.

Don’s system design experience includes those for office buildings, churches, “strip” shopping malls, restaurants, movie theaters, warehouses, medical clinics, mixed-use buildings, schools, and multi-family housing. He has worked on a wide variety of projects that require knowledge and experience of Hydronic Systems, Dehumidification Systems, Constant Volume, and Variable Volume Air Systems.

Specific retail projects personally designed include facilities for Belk, CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Eckerd, Walgreen’s, Tire Kingdom, Pep Boys, Strickland Borthers, Food Lion, Lowes Foods, Gander Mountain Sporting Equipment, Tractor Supply, Bed Bath and Beyond, Suncom, Shoe Show, Shoe Dept, Half-Moon Outfitters, Rack Room Shoes, Off Broadway Shoes and Ulta.

Specific theater projects personally designed include facilities for Consolidated Theaters, All Star Cinemas, Eastern Federal Theaters, Carmike Theaters and some non-chain theater projects.

Specific restaurant projects personally designed include facilities for Popeyes, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Bonefish Grill, Baja Fresh, Clean Juice, Nekter, Bojangles, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Del Taco, Clean Eatz, Starbucks, Clutch Coffee, Summit Coffee and many non-chain restaurant projects.
